Shipping and Returns

At Vintage Ball State and ScreenBroidery we want you to have the best product experience on the planet.

Once your item ships you will automatically be sent an email with tracking information. Please allow 2 to 4 days for delivery. If it has been more than 7 days since you placed your order, please contact us at 317-703-3449.

If you’re unhappy with your order because the product does not fit, is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact your please contact us and we’ll rerun your order or refund your money. Simply call us at 317-703-3449 or by email at support@screenbroidery.com.

We will arrange for pickup of any misprinted, damaged or defective items at no cost to you.

Window of Returns: Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 60 days from receipt of order.

Required Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in new, saleable condition.

Receiving Your Refund: Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
